This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.04.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal of the present management committee and for appointment of new management committee.

2. Heard Mr.Y.Kaja Navas, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs.N.Swathi Priya Raj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for first respondent.

3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the existing committee is involved in large scale misappropriation and unauthorised approvals are granted for the lands belonging to the Wakf. Therefore, the petitioner wants action to be initiated against the existing committee.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case 2/4

and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025 after affording opportunity to all the interested parties and take a decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
