Comp.A.Nos.395 of 2024 in Ç.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to declare and disburse dividend at 100 paise in a rupee on the admitted amount of Rs.7419259/- to 75 creditors, as per details set out in Annexure A to the Official Liquidator's report dated 24.09.2024.
2. In the said report, the Official Liquidator has stated that 80 claims were adjudicated upon receipt of the details from the Administrator. Out of the said claims, it is stated that 75 claims were admitted and that 5 claims were rejected. After specifying the funds position of the company in provisional liquidation as on 20.09.2024 in paragraph 14 of the report, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to declare and disburse dividend to the 75 creditors, whose claims were admitted.
3. Upon taking note of the funds position and the fact that the claims were admitted pursuant to adjudication, the reliefs claimed in this application are liable to be granted.

4. Consequently, this application is allowed in terms of the reliefs claimed in paragraph 18(b) to (f) of the Official Liquidator's report.
