This petition is filed by the petitioner s seeking to condone the delay of 601 days in filing the above Case.

2. Despite serving notice on the sole respondent and his name printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him.

3. In view of the above and considering the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 601 days in filing the above case is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners herein pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) as costs, to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai - 104, on or before 02.03.2020.

4. This Petition is ordered accordingly.

If the costs is not paid, within the time stipulated, as stated supra, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.
