ORDER

It is contended on behalf of the respondents that G.O.(1D) No.208 Public (Establishment - II) Department dated 24.03.2025 had been passed, wherein it had been stated as follows: "8.In order to comply the orders of Hon'ble High Court of Madras, dated 17.07.2023 in W.P.No24491 of 2016 filed by Thiru.R.P.Sudharasanam, Record Assistant, Public Department, the Government have decided to set aside the punishment of stoppage of increment for two years without cumulative effect issued in the Government Order 3rd read above and orders accordingly, subject to outcome of Writ Appeal filed by the Government in CMP No.9735/2024 and W.A.SR.No.56507/2024.
