O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C No.172 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that that already, the trial has been commenced and PW1 has been partly examined and the matter is posted for further examination of PW1. He would further submit that NBW is pending as against some of the accused persons.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and already, the trial has been commenced in C.C No.172 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and further, NBW is also pending as against some of the accused persons, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
