Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations dated 9.11.2022 and 10.11.2022 made by the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 who were doing 'Kattapanchayat' in the Police Station in a Civil Dispute. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations dated 09.11.2022 and 10.11.2022 made by the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 who were doing 'Kattapanchayat' in the Police Station in a Civil Dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the said complaint, the third respondent forwarded the complaint to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Selayur, Tambaram. Thereafter, the

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Selayur, Tambaram conducted a detailed enquiry and closed the complaint, on 24.11.2023.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
