ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the Inspector of Police, K9 TVK Police Station, Mr. Kirubanithi, the 4th respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the legal notice issued by the petitioner through his counsel, dated 12.05.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and the counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
