ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On 8.4.2024, we had passed the following order: "None appears for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for respondents 12 and 13 submits that the petitioner is also an advocate. The respondents 12 and 13 are not in unauthorised occupation. The said land in S.No.46/1 is handed over to the panchayat and in the said S.No.46/1, apart from the office of the respondents, there is a bus stand and other shops. Even the petitioner has a shop in the same land. Auction is conducted every year of the shops and after participating in the auction, the shop is given to the respondents. The respondents are having their office in the said land.

As none appears for the petitioner, place the matter

on 15.04.2024. If on the next date none appears for the petitioner, the matter would be dismissed."

2. Today also none appears for the petitioner.

3. As none appears for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.30432 of 2022 and 145 of 2023 are closed.
