ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvottiyur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2024. 2.The petitioners herein filed a suit challenging various registered documents executed between 05.09.2013 to 27.03.2015 and also for permanent injunction. In the said suit, the defendants 1 and 2 filed an application in I.A.No.5 of 2025 to reject the plaint in O.S.No.198 of 2024 and counter of the petitioners in the said application was already filed. Due to the pendency of the said I.A., there is no progress in the suit.

3.Since, the petition for rejection of the plaint in I.A.No.5 of 2025 is pending before the trial Court, I am not inclined to issue direction to dispose of the suit. However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvottiyur, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
