When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there is a proposal to detain the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2.Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after two weeks, if the proposal is not put into effect.
