This Petition has been filed to direct the 2 nd Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation/enquiry and pass such further orders.

2. It is the contention of the petitioners that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant is of a civil nature and hence, the same will be closed.
