2. Both these writ petitions are filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the statutory forms submitted by the petitioner vide letter dated 13.05.2019 and accordingly, revise the assessment order dated 16.04.2019 in CST.No.33806335449/2017-2018.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The limited prayer sought in these writ petitions is for considering the representations of the petitioner dated 13.05.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Through the said representations, the petitioner sought for acceptance of C-Forms belatedly filed after passing the assessment order.

5. Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the said representations and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. This Court, at this stage, however, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representations dated 13.05.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
