The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime in Crime No.32 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police, for the offences under Section 420 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that 1st respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2022 and also filed a charge sheet No.10 of 2023 on 28.08.2023, against the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
