O R D E R

The petitioner herein was summoned for enquiry under Sections 91 and 160 of Cr.P.C inspite of three summons he has not turned up for enquiry, but has filed this petition to quash the summons.

2. This Court finds no reasons to quash the summons except to direct the petitioner herein to appear before the Investigating Officer as per the summon and produce document and give statement regarding the complaint. If any failure to co-operate with the investigation, the police shall take appropriate action to secure the person and proceeding with action.

3. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
