This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the Appeal as against the award dated 07.07.2022 made in MCOP.No.818 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Exclusive Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tirupur.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner appeared through virtual mode.

3. The learned Counsel for the second Respondent who is present in Court has no objection provided that claim of interest for the period of 330 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 330 days.
