By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey his property comprised in S.No.48/21 to an extent of 0.19.50 Hectare situated at Devarayapuram Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, by considering his online application in Application No.2024/0123/09/001573, dated 20.07.2024.

It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired right over the above mentioned property under a registered Sale Deed dated 18.02.2013 and patta for the said property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.366. The petitioner filed an online application before the respondent on 20.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.S.J.Sathik Mohamed, learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 20.07.2024 will be considered by the respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner in Application No. 2024/0123/09/001573, dated 20.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
