including the list of reserve candidates in compliance with Rule 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the Medical Services Recruitment Board, 2013 and grant such other further relief.

On the writ petition is take up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been considered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.27260 of 2019; and batch and that this Court by order dated 06.03.2025 had partly allowed the Writ Petitions and set aside the impugned order in relation to Provisional Selection List No.01/MRB/2019 dated 10.09.2019. By submitting as above, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 06.03.2025.
