ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5744 of 2023 by the Special Court Under EC and NDPS Court at Chennai and to direct the respondent to return the vehicle.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
