Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners in all the writ petitions made a submission that on instructions, he has chosen to withdraw the writ petitions. So he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, though the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petitions, the respondents are directed to ascertain, if any encroachment in public properties are made in No.Ma.Aa.Na.Ka. 5006/2019. If any such encroachments are identified, the said encroachments are directed to be removed by following the procedures as contemplated within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these directions, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
