2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that C.C. No.25 of 2023 itself disposed of and ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
