Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article of 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the 5th respondent herein in O.A. No. 1559 of 2012 and R.A. No. 13 of 2015 and quash the orders made therein dated 27.03.2015 and 28.07.2015 respectively as being illegal and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 4 to extend the benefits of 5th and 6th Pay Commission by fixing the salary of the petitioner as per the revised pay scales from the date he was reinstated in service by granting continuity of service to grant pay arrears and also to grant annual increments up-to-date; to pay annual bonus for the period he was out of employment within a time frame.
