This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 13.9.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20777 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday till 26.10.2023 and thereafter, the condition stands relaxed.
