The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge - II, Poonamallee to reconstruct the records in LAOP.No.694 of 2001.

Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction would submit that within a period of 4 weeks the Government's document will be submitted before the learned Additional District Judge - II, Poonamallee in LAOP.No.694 of 2001. On such production of the document, the learned Additional District Judge - II, Poonamallee shall re-construct the bundles and issue notice to the parties for hearing. Considering the fact that LAOP is of the year 2001, the learned Additional District Judge - II, Poonamallee is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, upon reconstruction of the bundle in the manner known to law.

3. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. .
