ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in the First Information Report registered in Crime No.14 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the accused before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and it was forwarded to the respondent police vide order dated 20.11.2021, directing them to register the complaint and to file final report. However, sofar, the respondent has not registered the case and filed the final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, case was registered in Crime No.14 of 2022 on 12.01.2022 and the respondent police conducted enquiry and finally the case was closed as " mistake of facts". He 2/4

further submitted that the closure report will be forwarded to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and RCS Notice will be sent to the petitioner/complainant.
