This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.552 of 2022, on the file of the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent.

The reason for seeking transfer of investigation is that apart from Vinodh Kumar, his assistant and his family members were not arrayed as accused by the respondent police. Therefore, suspecting that the investigation by the 2nd respondent police will not be done seeks transfer. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the investigation is going on in the right line and there is no necessity to transfer the investigation. 4.

The petitioner/complainant wants the investigation to be done in his own choice. The course of investigation is the prerogative of the police I do not see any lapse on their part. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
