When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 06.12.2021, Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner application in respect of the order dated 09.10.2001 bearing Ref.No.TK8A/43/1411 was disposed of vide order dated 01.06.2017. Therefore, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
