The prayer in the petitions runs as follows:- "to stay all further proceedings in pursuance of the order dated 30.06.2023 in O.S.No.1115 of 2022 by the XXIAdditional City Civil Court, Allikulam."

2. The suit filed by the appellant seeking partition has been dismissed and as such there is no executable decree. Hence, this stay petition is ill-conceived and dismissed as much.
