The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.09.2023 for the offence punishable under Section 366 of IPC r/w Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act in Crime No.89 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner is aged 25 years and the victim girl is aged 15 years.

3.The statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C recorded from the victim girl had been read over.

4.It is stated that the final report is ready and let it be filed before the concerned Court.
