The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original petitions to quash the FIR in Crime No.274 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 482 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's name does not take place in the final report and as on today there is no case pending as against the petitioner.

3. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. Also considering the fact that the proceedings as against the petitioner was deleted and his name is not found in the final report, nothing survives in this petition for final adjudication.
