2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Public Prosecutor for the respondent, submitted that the case ended in acquittal in S.T.C. No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
