Respondents Prayer : The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned enquiry report in C.No.538/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2022 dated 01.12.2022 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and further direction directing the 1st respondent to conduct re-enquiry with regarding to the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2022 and 09.01.2023 respectively and to take 2/6
criminal action against the private respondents 9 to 15 by creating fake document and grabbing petitioner's land in Survey Nos.164/2B/2 and 164/2B/4 respectively to an extent of 0.99 cents, the total extent of 2 Acre 71 cents in Patta No.139 which are situated at No.29, Vilapakkam Revenue Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District within the stipulated period fixed by this court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned enquiry report in C.No.538/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2022 dated 01.12.2022 passed by the 3rd respondent and also seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct re-enquiry with regarding to the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2022 and 09.01.2023 respectively and also to take criminal action against the private respondents 9 to 15 by creating fake document 3/6
and grabbing petitioner's land comprised in Survey Nos.164/2B/2 and 164/2B/4 respectively to an extent of 0.99 cents, the total extent of 2 Acre 71 cents in Patta No.139 which are situated at No.29, Vilapakkam Revenue Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District within the stipulated period fixed by this court.
2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent has conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint vide closure report dated 01.12.2022. If any compliant rejected by the police personals, the petitioner has to approach the concerned Court under Section 156 of Cr.P.C.
3. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned enquiry report passed by the 3rd respondent in C.No.538/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2022 dated 01.12.2022. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
