This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.5 in Crl.O.P.No.15745 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023 that the petitioner shall deposit original title deeds worth of Rs.3,00,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though title deeds were produced they had been returned back by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) in cash before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15745 of 2023 by order dated 16.08.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) in cash before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on or before 16.11.2023, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
