Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on the letter by the 3rd respondent, the Executive Officer of Arullmigu Thevapurishwarar Temple, Thevur Village, dated 20.07.2017 in respect of S.No.14/4, Punja land measuring 21 cents in Thevur, Kilvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District to measure the property with the help of surveyor and to put up compound wall.
