Crl.M.P.No.17371 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17371 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21956 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Kalpakkam and report before the Inspector of Police, Kalpakkam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21956 of 2022 by order dated 14.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21956 of 2022 by order dated 14.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
