Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration that the petitioner is Octogenarian and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 2212 days in representing the restore application is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Legal Service Authority, High Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
