This is a petition to condone the delay of 279 days in representing the CRP.Sr.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having gone through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to accept this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3.The Registry is directed to verify whether the CRP is in order, if it is so, number the same and post it for admission.
