ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Extension of Time", along with the letter sent by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Vellore, in Dis.Nos.166 & 167 of 2026 dated 17.02.2026. 2.It is seen from the records that while disposing this writ petition, this Court by an order dated 26.11.2019, directed the Subordinate Court, Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.207 of 2006, within a period of three months. However, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge sought for extension of time through letter dated 22.09.2025. Considering the request, this Court granted further extension of three months. Now again the learned Subordinate Judge has sent a letter dated 17.02.

2026 seeking for further extension of four months time to dispose of the said suit on the ground that only now the petition to implead the legal heirs of the 1st defendant/petitioner herein has been filed. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is grants further period of four months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.207 of 2006 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
