This writ petition has been filed seeking for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025, wherein and whereby he sought for return of original certificates which were produced before the 5th respondent College.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 4 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the 2/5
representation dated 02.06.2025 has not been considered so far. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fifth respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the fifth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
