The petitioner/A2 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC in S.C.No.272 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner had avoided the judicial process on 17.08.2023 by not appearing for trial in S.C.No.272 of 2021 pending on the file of the XXIII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, necessitating the said Court to issue NonBailable Warrant on the same day i.e., on 17.08.2023. 3.Considering the above, the anticipatory bail petition would not lie and the same is dismissed. The petitioner should abide by the conditions of the trial Court.
