The petitioner/A23, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.06.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) and 302 IPC in Crime No.386 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is stated that the defacto complainant had given evidence in yet another case. As retaliation, all the accused joint together and had committed the offence of murder against him.

3.It is stated that the charge sheet had been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore and it is in P.R.C stage and the matter has to be committed to the Court of Session.

4.At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
