This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 491 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent objects for condoning the delay stating that only after the petitioner was taken in custody with great difficulty, the above criminal revision and condone delay petition have been filed. He further submits that the petitioner is delaying in making the payment right from the trial stage.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been confined in prison for more than 21⁄2 months and immediate release is required to attend urgent family function. To show his bonafide, on instructions, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.450 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), No.I, Coimbatore and he has no objection for the respondent to receive the said amount.

vv2 4.In view of the above, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.450 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), No.I, Coimbatore. 5.In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered condoning the delay.
