No.3122 of 2020 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., It is represented by the learned Advocate General, appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu, on instructions, that the agreed amount payable to the respondent has been paid by the State of Tamil Nadu to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would also submit that the agreed amount has been received and therefore, the award, which is the subject matter of challenge in this petition has been fully satisfied. After recording the said statement, this Court records the fact that the order dated 02.04.2025 passed by this Court has been fully complied with by the petitioners.
