This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.417 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22136 of 2021 on 20.01.2022 to report before the respondent police station at 10.30 a.m., monthly once.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
