This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the accused/2nd respondent since the 1st respondent police is not taking any steps to secure her as the offence is non-bailable in connection with Crime No.868 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kaveripakkam Police Station, Krishnagiri District.
