O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2014 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Jayankondam .
2. The petitioner is the second defendant in the suit. The first respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No. 6 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Jayankondam, for declaration and permanent injunction. According to the petitioner, even though, the suit is filed in the year 2014 and so far it is not disposed of. Hence, the present revision has been filed.
3. In view of the order being passed in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the revision, without going into the merits of the case, the District Munsif, Jayankondam is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.NO.6 of 2014 within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a 2/4
copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.
5. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
