Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed with a prayer for interim injunction qua possession. To be noted main appeal arises out of a suit being O.S.No No.21 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore at Ranipet and the suit was dismissed after full contest vide judgment and decree dated 20.09.2017. This Court shall be referred to as 'said Trial Court' and this judgment/decree shall be referred to as 'impugned judgment' both for the sake of convenience and clarity.

2. In captioned CMP, Hon'ble Predecessor Bench has granted an order of status quo on 08.03.2018 and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

3. The case file shows that the aforementioned interim order of status quo has been extended from time to time and it is operating. Considering the advanced stage of captioned main appeal and as the main appeal being heard out is in the anvil, aforementioned order of status quo is made absolute and captioned CMP is disposed of making the interim order of status quo absolute.
