This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.OP.No.11725 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 in crime No.32 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC.

2. The learned counel for the petitioner would submit that though this Court directed the second respondent to surrender and execute sureties within a period of two weeks, so far the second respondent failed to surrender and execute any sureties. Further, on false information, the second respondent obtained anticipatory bail, thereby the accused persons also cheated to the tune of more than Rs.90 lakhs.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that already the second respondent surrendered before the court concerned and duly complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. The submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent was confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Insofar as the

other grounds raised by the petitioner, the same was already dealt with by this Court while granting anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no reason to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 22.11.2022 lok
