ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioners to record the death of the 1st respondent, viz., Sitamahalakshmi.

2.The petitioners have filed an Original Petition No.411 of 2024 for grant of Letters of Administration alleging that the deceased Vallury Venkata Ramana Rao originally executed a WILL dated 06.08.1997 in favour of V.Venkateswara Rao, who is the husband of the 1st petitioner and the father of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners herein. During the pendency of the Original Petition, the 1st respondent viz., V.Sitamahalakshmi, died on 05.02.2024. Therefore, the Original Petition has to be amended by recording the death of the 1st respondent. Already, Class-II legal heirs of the deceased V.Sitamahalakshmi were arrayed as parties. The deceased V.Sitamahalakshmi, has no Class-I legal heirs. 3.No objection has been raised by the respondents for allowing this petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of

this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition for recording the death of the first respondent viz., V.Sitamahalakshmi, in the Original Petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No costs. Necessary amendment has to be carried out.
