This petition has been filed to relax the condition "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court on 31.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18122 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30a.m.,until further orders.
