This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 25.04.2025 passed in CA.No.3 of 2024 on the file of the District Judge, Mayiladuthurai District confirming the judgment dated 28.12.2023 passed in CC.No.158 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Magistrate Court, Mayiladuthurai District and set aside the same.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.16067 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1543 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 granting suspension of sentence, no orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
